I only have one folder (subscriptions) as shown. When viewing that or “All Site Stories” default category, I have the view set to show only unread stories with oldest stories first. Today no stories are loading when in that view. I use Firefox; haven’t tried logging in on a different browser. Did try clearing cookies and logging in again: no change. Seems similar to this older problem: Homepage Story Lists show empty when showing unread only oldest first
Your Subscriptions folder is collapsed. Click on the expand button on the right of the folder title when hovering over it.
I did check that but that’s not the case - in this screenshot I blanked over my actual feeds list.
It’s the BBC News feed causing the issue by being in Unread Only / Oldest First. That should work but I’d have to do a deep dive and I don’t have time right now. But mark that feed read and it should work in Oldest First again for you. And if it happens again, let me know, but I don’t know why that would be happening unless a mark read date on your account was wrong. But you’re a premium user, so it should be 30 days back.
I’ve had a couple problems with that feed before, so that tracks, although I’m surprised it can derail the whole thing. Thanks for the help!
