Add Keywords to train

I have a RSS Feed I want to follow, and I already know what I want to filter for, but as far as I can see, the training for feeds is only done once an article is posted.

For example, if I want to follow a RSS feed about Movies, and specifically am interested in 100 TV shows, movies, and/or actors. I need to wait for an article to be posted that contains those names before I can highlight them and train for them.

Is there a way I can just supply a CSV that has all the names I want right off the bat?

Ah, so like edit the HTML element of a feed, then highlight and train for it?
