Intelligence Trainer: Add a Word Instead of Waiting?

Hi all. Is it possible to add a word to a feed’s intelligence trainer instead of waiting for the word to show up in a feed and then adding it to the intelligence trainer?

On the web you can just replace/type in anything, select the word and then up/down it. Seems to work OK. Doesn’t seem possible on iOS app
