I added a feed using the url ‘youtube.com/@channel’. This was added as ‘youtube.com/user/channel’ which in this case (Veritasium) is incorrect as the user is actually 1veritasium.
No idea if NewsBlur is just doing a string replace or youtube is giving the wrong information but worth noting!
Looks like I stumbled upon the same issue. I was trying to add the feed of https://www.youtube.com/@HuwRichards but NewsBlur keeps pulling in unexpectedly the (actually great find) channel of https://www.youtube.com/@h-a-richards
I managed to work around the issue using this trick: htt ps://webapps.stackexchange.com/a/116549
