Anything wrong to load WordPress feed? I imported all my WordPress feeds but none of them shows normally, they just show “WordPress.com News” as the Site name.

I have a hyperlink on wordpress to my RSS feed and when I clicked on it, it was all in html text. I think wordpress has recently updated and I am wondering if it is the culprit.
