i was able to subscribe with that address and it worked without error.
i was able to bring up the info page for the feed and it worked without error.
a few seconds AFTER i opened the info page, it changed on the fly to show the “fix a misbehaving site” info instead.
a few seconds after that, i got a cookie consent popup from automattic.
however, the feed itself DID add to my list and seems to be fine.
Weird! It looks like it’s doing the same and working now for me. It must have been some sort of temporary issue, or a broken post or something that was messing with the parser. Of course it’s been like this for days until I ask for help 
of course, that’s how that works!
Oh man, I would love to know what was happening. I’ll say this, I’ve been on a tear the past two weeks fixing bugs. So it’s highly likely I fixed it but didn’t post anything. And it’s also possible I broke something in the process. This is an older code base and I’m slowly moving everything to be under test, but that takes time.
