You might want to keep an eye on the NewsBlur Twitter feed. NewsBlur’s developer is usually pretty good about posting updates for various outages and issues.

I lied, there is another migration I’ll have to perform, but it’s a 10 minute no-risk index build, and I can do it late at night. You’ll have no idea! (I can also perform it as a background index build, but that just degrades performance. We’ll see, I’ll benchmark it)

Right now! In fact, I believe that was the last time I’m going to have to bring down NewsBlur. Every other migration I can do in real-time without downtime. This was the BIG one, although it’s still not true scale. But that’s going to take all week.
