The title says it all, but let me give a step by step.
Step 1. Select a feed item that is NOT expanded to full text.

Step 2. Select “text” view.

Step 3. Press J to move to the next item.

Step 4. When the next item is selected, it gets expanded into text view. For some reason, this causes the articles below it to be marked as read. As if they had been scrolled past.
Interestingly, the articles marked as read are roughly equivalent to the length of the most recently expanded article.
I’ve been dealing with this issue for years and it has driven me crazy and I would appreciate a fix. Thanks!
