Hello!
Please tell me, what function does imageproxy perform?

The imageproxy allows you to view http-only images while on https. Since newsblur.com is enforced https, but there’s plenty of sites that only publish under http (without ssl), and web browsers don’t allow the client to load http images under https, NewsBlur helpfully proxies them through imageproxy so that you can see those images without leaking details between https and http.
