Is this a known issue?
Today I am unable to update feeds to use new RSS/XML URLs. When I go into Site Settings, change the URL, and then press “Parse this RSS/XML feed”, the little spinner at the top starts going but it never stops. It just hangs until I dismiss the Site Settings window. If I then open Site Settings again, the feed URL retains its original value.
