Visual/usability issue with dropdown when adding new feed.

This makes it a bit difficult to add feeds to certain folders. Happens on social beta site too. Chrome 19.0.1084.56 OS X.

This is a Chrome issue and has been fixed in the latest Chrome beta.

The stable build, which you are using, will get this update soon.
