v3.0.1 now broken with Droid Eris

I can no longer sign into the android application as of a couple weeks ago (May 2014). It began with my subscriptions not refreshing, but now I can not even sign in using version 3.0.1 on my Droid Eris running CynogenMod 7.2 GSB v4.5 for Eris. The exact error message I’m receiving is simply a toast: “There was a problem connecting to the network” after a few seconds of “Logging in Retreiving feeds” load screen. I can verify I am connected to my Verizon cellular carrier’s internet, though I have attempted to connect through a wireless network as well with the same results. To the best of my knowledge, this did not come about due to: a newsblur update, a password change, a change in phone configuration, a change in phone hardware, nor a change in wireless carrier plan. It may be the result of me installing another program, but I don’t believe so. It just kind of happened. My account still works great on the site.
