I’d like to access my Newsblur feed with an AI browser or some sort of automation.

If you just want to use AI tools on the content in the web browser, the standard website should work ok.
If you mean you want your AI tools to ingest all of your entire feed content and act on all of it, you’d probably be best off using the Newsblur API:
