Upgraded, but account is still on Free?

I had a paid account that expired. Last week I upgraded through Apple but my account is still listed as being on the Free tier.

Username is: iwhitney

I can send a receipt along if it’s needed.

Thanks for being such a long-time subscriber! I don’t know why Apple doesn’t always send receipts. They do 99% of the time, but every so often a receipt falls through the cracks and there are no logs showing it.

Anyway, I’ve upgraded your account and you should now be set.
