Certain feeds reset read items back to unread over time (ie, read 30 items, come back later and those 30 items have switched back to unread along with 10 new items so it shows 40 unread items).

Same problem here. But we have to be patient for a couple of week I suppose…
Not only read items, but feed settings (feed url, category, etc.). I spent half a day yesterday to fix all the sites after import and re-categorize (no multiple categories for feeds anymore). Everything reset today.
