I cannot sign in via Firefox, and have unsuccessfully tried turning off add-ons and private mode. I’ve also added NewsBlur to the permission list for popups and cookies. In addition, when I try to reset my password, NewsBlur says my account does not exist.
I have no problems in Chrome or with the Android app. Can anyone advise?
