Create two main categories: favorites and less-favorite. To be defined by the user: existing feeds can be categorized.
Using a “daily tab” or “daily button” the 10 newest stories of the day are shown of each of the two categories.

You can include feeds in multiple folders, so add those favorite feeds to a new Favorites folder, and then you can add that folder directly to your dashboard and watch it in real-time! And you can boost that dashboard river up to 20 stories at a time.
