two category bug

I believe I’ve found a bug. I added a feed to my “Tier 1” folder, only to then realize I already had it listed in the “Tier 2” folder. I now have two copies of the same feed, and no UI function to remove one copy. I tried deleting and readding the feed, but there was a lingering record somewhere, and it didn’t clear out.
