Too many feeds for OPML export and newsletter reception?

I have a premium subscription and 1430 feeds, many of which are email newsletters. I noticed the following two problems, which might have to do with the large number of feeds:

  1. OPML EXPORT FAILS

When I want to export my OPML via “Account > Account > Download OPML” I get forwarded to:
https://newsblur.com/import/opml_export

I then get the following error message:

“502 · NewsBlur is down - Please wait patiently until NewsBlur comes back. @newsblur on Twitter may have more information.”

  1. EMAIL NEWSLETTERS GET LOST

I have some newsletters that I forward from my personal email account hosted in by Microsoft as part of Office 365. Some of them end up in my Newsblur, some don’t. I don’t get any error messages when forwarding etc.

How can I fix these?

Does anybody have experience with this kind of problem? I would be grateful for any hint or support.

Sadly, it’s a long-standing bug:

I used Reeder’s export function to create an OPML file of my Newsblur feeds instead.

Hi, I fixed it for large numbers of feeds a few months ago, where it now emails you your OPML file. Clearly that must not be working for you.

My Newsblur username is tinyapps; looks like nbuser had the same issue in his last reply here also: OPML download leads to HTTP 502 for 1,500+ feeds - #10 by nbuser . Thanks for your help!
