Orangette updated to a new site back in December and is now at Orangette.net. I just noticed that my orangette feed hasn’t been updating since then, and I can’t get either orangette.net or the feed: http://feeds.feedburner.com/Orangette to load as a new feed in my Newsblur account. I love this blog and want to keep getting new posts!

Katrina, I had the same issue as you however I managed to fiddle around and get it working.
First add or find the existing Orangette blog in the sites list. Right click on it and choose Site Settings. Here you can manually update the RSS/XML URL to match the Feedburner URL you posted above (don’t forget to click parse feed) as well as change the Website URL to match the new domain.
