"That username is not registered. Please try again" error on login

Hi-

I have just got a new iphone and I have been trying to log in into the Newsblur app with my username/pwd combination. I am running iOS7 and NewsBlur 3.0. I repeatedly got a “That username is not registered. Please try again” error. I get the same error when trying to log in from the Newsblur webpage on my computer. On the other hand I was able to reset my password by providing my email address, so my username seems to be working.

Can you please provide me with a possible solution to this issue? Please let me know if it is necessary to provide my user name.

I’d guess this isn’t something he’ll be able to deal with without knowing you username etc, so I’d suggest emailing this to him with your username and email.
