Support text view by default on site.

Some feeds only have excerpts of the text, but the text can be reliably extracted, such as Naked Security by Sophos.

But while it’s possible to set the default view for a site to Original/Feed/Story there is no way to set it to Text.

Adding this feature would make Newsblur my definite choice to move to from Google Reader.
