I would like to report an issue with my subscription status.
Previously, I had a one-year Premium subscription. Two days ago, I upgraded to a one-year Premium Achieve plan through my Apple account.
However, my NewsBlur web account dashboard still shows my account as Premier, and I currently only have access to Premium-level features, not the Premium Achieve features that I paid for.
To clarify the details:

Original subscription: 1 year Premium

Recent upgrade purchase: 1 year Premium Achieve (confirmed via Apple subscription settings)

Current access in NewsBlur: Premier only (incorrect)
Additionally, I would like to note that:

The Apple account used for the subscription purchase is: jiey36509@gmail.com

My NewsBlur account login is: passion831@gmail.com
So there is a clear mismatch between:

The active Premium Achieve subscription shown in my Apple account, and

The features available in my NewsBlur account (still only Premium).
Could you please review and update my NewsBlur account to reflect the Premium Achieve status correctly?
