So my renewal went through. It says I’ve been downgraded, But everything is working properly. My username is Sleepylizard. The paypal transaction ID is 5D348741R43685001
The weird thing is the payment history seems to be frozen.
This problem seems to happen every year. Any chance of actually fixing this bug.
Same issue. I mailed my id to samuel@newsblur.com and will start processes with google after 72 business hours.
Same happened last years, I was too slow to react: like months too slow. Did late emails to samuel and did not get any feedback from them.
I got my refund via https://play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory.
