Subscription lost?

After signing up on my iPhone, I cancelled my subscription because I don’t want it to auto-renew:

But now Newsblur insists I’m not a premium user:

Not%20a%20premium%20user

How can I enjoy the remaining 363 days of my subscription?

Hi, it doesn’t look like the iOS subscription took, although I believe you may have been charged. Anyway, I upgraded you and you should now be all set.

Thanks, I’m now a premium user!
The subscription still shows as active in my Apple account, and shows up in payment history.
