Subscription confusion: paid for one year of archive yet system tell me an account expires in two years

I subscribed to premium archive a couple of months ago but the account status says that I also have a premium account via ios-subscription. I don’t have the newsblur app installed on iOS (or iPadOS) though I did install the macOS version today. Also, I’m told that the premium account will expire on the second anniversary of the archive account. Much confusion.

My expected situation is that I have no premium account, and that I have an archive account that renews in February 2027.
