Some feeds work and some don't (same website) - What's the difference?

I read a Belgian newspaper named www.lesoir.be

While some of their feeds work well, some others return this:

2025-07-23 06:29:24: Not an RSS feed (553)
2025-07-19 21:55:03: HTTP Error (403)

Example of a working feed: https://www.lesoir.be/rss2/9/cible_principale
Example of a failing feed: https://www.lesoir.be/rss/31892/cible_principale

I see the path being slightly different, but I assume it’s a feed level that something is off.

Can you please help me understand the difference between the 2 feeds? Is it something that I can fix on my side, or that I should report to the newspaper?

Thank you!

Calling for an update please

I’ve tested those RSS with Miniflux and they both work fine.
I assume that its a redirection issue, potentially Newsblur being less tolerant to a certain number of HTTP redirects?

Accessing those feeds are a must for me.

Thank you.

The issue is that the W3C validator is getting a 403 Forbidden: Feed Validator Results: https://www.lesoir.be/rss2/31892/cible_principale
