I updated to the latest opera and NewsBlur got sluggish… I was on Win2k3, updated my computer (unrelated) to win7 and installed the latest opera and it’s still sluggish.
Works fine on Chrome on the same computer.

Well, I have very few Opera users, and those on the second-most-recent seem to be happy. I’m willing to bet it’s Opera’s problem and not NewsBlur. Are you running a beta by any chance? Is this reported for other opera users on other sites as well?
