Shift-J should move between folders as well.

Funny, I’m actually already building this for another user. Not so easy, though. I’m hoping to get it out the door sometime soon.

The idea was that the ‘n’ key should take you to the next folder that has unreads, not just the next feed, if you are already reading inside a folder.
