I couldnt access newsblur this morning, maybe the sever was down? Anyway, newsblur came back up shortly after and things seem noticibly faster. Im not sure if it was due to changes in the code or a server restart. If you just restarted things, you might want to look into restarting more frequently. Thanks

A database machine went down and automatic failover didn’t happen so automatically. I have plans to find a more robust way of handling failure, but until then, I have to manually push a button to get things working. Less than ideal, but NewsBlur’s server costs are about a quarter what they would be with 99.99% uptime.
