When scrolling through Feed view, pressing and holding the down arrow key causing the feed to scroll wayyyy too far.
It appears that the computer ends up sending a series of down-arrow events, each of which gets buffered and then results in scrolling by some amount. It would be better if the window only registered the down-arrow and up-arrow events, so that releasing the key immediately stopped the scrolling.
