SAX Exception (553) on feeds that used to work

I use Newsblur for keeping up with my favourite HN commenters, e.g.:
http://hn.algolia.com/userfeed/ChuckMcM I have several feeds of the format http://hn.algolia.com/userfeed/ that used to work, but they now all give a ‘SAX Exception’. Not only can I not read new comments, but all of the old comments have been deleted from Newsblur.
