After importing feeds, they appear in the catagories/folders I like, but they also appear as individual feeds. Can I keep the feed in a folder but remove/hide it from the All Site Stories list?

Nope, that’s the point of All Site Stories. It pulls from all of your feeds. You’ll just want to re-organize feeds into folders so you can open just the folder of feeds you want.
But my feeds are already in folders from when I imported them. They just list twice (1 in the ASS and 1 in the folder). So do I have to delete all the individual feeds listed? Will that keep them in the folders that already exist?
Ahh, I see what you mean. Yes, you can safely delete the feeds not in folders. The dupes will remain in the folders.
