How do I make the right side of the screen (blog titles at a single site) look as single lines (no body included)
You can change the body preview in the story menu, top right of the story titles list. Here’s a screenshot.
I have it set up as per your screenshot but it is still showing the body of articles on the right side

If I pick “list” from the style on the bottom right it works for one blog but then reverts back to “full” How do I keep it on list?
Those views (Full, Split, List, Magazine, Grid) are feed/folder-specific. If you want to set them as a default for all feeds/folders, you can do that under Manage > Preferences.
