My newsblur auto renewed and I got 2 emails saying that the subscription is expired. My Newsblur username is Sleepylizard and the paypal transaction ID is 9UP80057RM735962B and the transaction took place on June 13 2025.
Also is there a way to stop this from happening every year. Like would disabling auto renew and doing the renewal manually sovle this problem?
Well the weird thing is that your payment is not attached to your account. Good news is that I’ve corrected your account so it won’t downgrade.
Thanks for preventing the downgrade. I am not surprised that the payment was not attached to my account. As when I look at payment history it shows the last payment made was in June of 2021. And to top it all off it thinks I have no active subscription for atleast the last 2 years.
