Renewal billed but not applied to account

Hello, I’m having a renewal problem similar to

PayPal automatic renewal payment not applied to account.

My automatic PayPal renewal went through a month ago, but it apparently didn’t get applied to my account. What do I need to do to get this resolved? My newsblur username is ke6oms.

@samuelclay My newsblur auto renewed and yet newsblur is still saying that my accoount no longer has an active subscription. The payment history is also wrong. See attached image. My Newsblur username is Sleepylizard and the paypal transaction ID is 4A477090GJ8280421 and the transaction took place on June 13 2023. [image]

My renewal was processed on June 5th but not applied to my account (jarneaud). Is someone able to check and fix this?
