Refund after auto-renewal possible?

Hi - My account under newsblur.hug730@passmail.net renewed today. I am wondering, since I cancelled the subscription today, if I can get a refund for the annual amount (or some portion).

The reason is that I haven’t used NewsBlur in over a year and don’t see my engagement with it changing this year.

Yep, I just refunded you. I also left your account as premium for the next year, so you can keep trying out Newsblur. If you find yourself using it, then you can renew.
