The feed context menu always makes sure that all menu items are visible after flipping, but the ‘really delete?’ which pops up above escapes. Luckily I can open some folders to work around that.

You would have to have a really tiny window to make it flip so that confirm delete button is cut off. Can you post a screenshot?
The resolution of my laptop is 1366x768 and I am using a fullscreen firefox. Other than that the window is sufficiently large.
