Yes and no. The existing app can’t, but Roy is working on an update that will be released soon. If he can’t get it in this week (we need to ship soon to have the best product before Y Combinator’s Demo Day), he’ll ship it shortly after that. So expect it within a few weeks, along with blurblogs in iOS.

Hi Samuel,

Starting yesterday my “unread only” stopped working. Now shows all stories regardless of the configuration. I have to hit “n” to find the next unread story.

Also, and that happened from the beginning, I always have to click the feed a second time, after reaching the end of the stories, to load another batch of unread stories, since it not is loading all the unread from the first read.

Thanks for the hard work.

Are there plans to have oldest-first (or other sorting) in the Android client? I ask before I get ready to hack on the source and give a pull request for it :slight_smile:

Like ardent I am looking to see this functionality on the mobile platform(s). I use both iOS and Android and can’t get my head around not having news Oldest first.

Yes, per folder you can set it. I want it for ALL folders. I may be importing many feeds (over 200) and I will be using the “All Stories” feature to read through them; hopefully in the order they came in.

Yeah, that doesn’t seem to work for me, either. Never tried it, though…I usually just read by folder. :slight_smile:

I just tried making a subfolder b under folder a, but that gets treated completely separately - opening folder a does not show anything in subfolder b. So, yeah, I guess you’re stuck waiting for a new option.

It’ll be in the header area of the feed/folder you’re currently viewing. It looks like Gaz is using split view where it is in a slightly different place.

Ok, so I see it in Title view just like Gaz has it.

However, in Split view, I don’t see it at all!

I would really like to be able to read old-to-new, but also see previously read stories. Would it be possible to set the feed to be ordered old-to-new but start the list position at the point of the oldest unread post, rather than the oldest post found?
