Question about titles in intelligence trainer

I’m new to NewsBlur and want to understand the intelligence trainer better.

For example, I don’t care about sports so I want to dislike sports articles. If I dislike the article title, “Arizona, Michigan stay 1-2 in AP Top 25 men’s poll; No. 15 Nebraska hits highest mark since 1991” - will this treat the whole title as a keyword, and only filter out articles with the exact same title? Or will this start to learn what a sports article looks like in a complex way and filter out sports articles generally?

Thanks!

Ahh, no, it’s not that smart. You want to highlight individual words or common phrases in that title. There’s a bit more on the FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions

I’m working on natural language filters, sort of having an llm look at every story that comes in and decides to highlight or hide it, but that’ll be a premium pro feature. The title trainer is great when you know what you want to hide or highlight.
