Problem Adding Newsblur to Reeder App?

Good Day All - I’m a Newsblur Newbie and I’m very much enjoying he experience so far, but can’t seem to add a Newsblur Account to the Reeder App? Seems to be hung in a loop? Keeps asking me to add a service, I try to add Newsblur, login window comes up, I enter credentials, and it send me back to select a service to add? Am I having a login problem? Is 1Block causing trouble for my system?

Hi Silvio, a user let me know that NewsBlur auth in the Reeder iPhone app isn’t working for them. I tried it and it was similarly broken for me.

I was able to login in the NewsBlur oauth dialog, but when the dialog dismissed, I saw no confirmation or error, I was left at the Add Account screen. And closing out that dialog and returning to the account list showed that the account was not added.

The login looked good from my end, so could you take a look and see if Reeder is expecting something from NewsBlur that may have changed, maybe the status code or payload?

I fixed it on my end. Turns out I broke this as early as last week when I upgraded the containers, which in turn upgraded django-oauth-toolkit to a release that included a breaking change.

The fix is a one line config addition.
