Premium subscription not recognised

I have a premium subscription with NewsBlur for a number of years now via the iOS App Store. It renewed in November without a problem and currently tells my my renewal date is November 21.

However, on opening the app, or logging into the website I’m prompted to upgrade to a premium subscription and the normal premium services are unavailable to me.

Anyone else had a similar issue and know how to resolve it?

Hi Tom, I responded over email and sorted your account out, but for anybody else, let me know if this happens to you by emailing samuel@newsblur.com. In this case it was a new bug.
