Premium $99 account but warring about having over 1024 feeds

Hi,

I paid $99 for the premium account in December; I am now seeing a warning about having over 1,024 sites. The $99 plan shows that I can follow up to 4,096 sites.

That’s right, you should be able to subscribe up to 4k sites! I’m a bit surprised that this is happening as I changed the code to enforce the limit on both the backend and the frontend last month.

I’ll check your account and see what’s up.

Looks like your account wasn’t upgraded to premium archive! I see the payment but the upgrade either did happen but was then accidentally reversed, or never happened in the first place. I assume you received a premium archive upgrade email.

I just found the issue, it was due to having switching providers (stripe to paypal). I also checked every other user who did the same as you and found a couple more subscriptions that needed fixing. You should now be upgraded, let me know how that works.
