I have characters like “Next week Iâ€TMm” instead of quotes in the Planet Mozilla feed. The feed is at http://planet.mozilla.org/atom.xml and seems to be fine when I visit the site itself. Note, I’m reading through my feedbacklog, so if this is a fixed problem, appologies.

It looks to me like the feed is being misinterpreted as ISO-8859-1 rather than UTF-8. The feed is not explicitly labeled as UTF-8 either in the XML or in the HTTP headers, but for Atom the default is UTF-8, so I believe that should not matter.
