I’ve been subscribed for years, probably ever since google reader went away. Today I got a ‘PayPal cancellation notice’ on my payment. Did it just expire or were PayPal removed as a payment option?
You should have received another email from Samuel (I had this happen too). The cost of a NewsBlur subscription is going up slightly, and the PayPal subscription cannot be renewed at the higher price.
Sorry I’m just back from a week out. Yep the price increased (it actually increased eight years ago but I’m just now getting to upgrading everybody). PayPal wouldn’t let me ask you to upgrade so I had to cancel so you could manually upgrade. Stripe of course made it easy.
ah ok no worries, I’ll switch to stripe. I think PayPal was the only option way back when and I’ve been trying to use them less anyway.
