Old entries in Bugtraq feed -- where do they come from?

… I wonder why the bugtraq rss feed in Newsblur keeps having an SQL Injection vulnerability in Ruby listed. It is not in the underlying rss feed from securityfocus. See screenshot http://imgur.com/Ft5ma0x
