My feeds are not updating. I have not heard back from anyone. I would like a refund of my $24. I am not happy at all.

They should be updating, just at a slow pace. I’ve mentioned in a number of places how feed fetching is turned down for a couple weeks. The good news is that a couple weeks is over this weekend, when I finally finishing the gigantic scaling work that I had to start when Google Reader shutdown. Just one more week and all of your updates will start coming in at light speed.
