As for you not receiving notifications, post a screenshot of your notifications dialogs on the web (Manage > Notifications). You need to ensure you have iOS and Web selected for the feed you want notifications for. And on your phone, you need to enable notifications under iOS System Settings > Notifications > NewsBlur > Enable.
