i am not getting notifications to my app or web browser. i believe it is on newsblur end and they wont help
We’ve exchanged 55 emails over the past week, so it’s a bit disingenuous to state that I won’t help. As for you not receiving notifications, post a screenshot of your notifications dialogs on the web (Manage > Notifications). You need to ensure you have iOS and Web selected for the feed you want notifications for. And on your phone, you need to enable notifications under iOS System Settings > Notifications > NewsBlur > Enable.
no you are disingenuous. not one of your emails answered my questions. in fact, you specifically said i will be back at the end of April, if it still doesn’t work I can talk. this is the first email. regarding the app, of course notifications are turned on. here is the dialog box
