No password reset, system indicates someone already using my email address.

I am trying to set up an account, but your system reports that someone is already using my email address. There is no link to reset password so I can fix the problem. Can you please help?

Try logging in and you’ll see a link to reset a forgotten password.

Actually, it seems there is a link to reset your password. It appears after you try to log in with the wrong password. To save you doing that, here’s the link:
